PLEASE read before purchasing:

  • You will receive:
    - 1 x digital file - intended for print size 8x10 inches or A4
    - OPTIONAL: 1 x 8x10 inches print (via mail)

  • Each pet portrait contains 1 pet. For additional pets in one combined image, please reach out via email for pricing and to see how we can make it work!

  • Illustration creative options: 1) Text with pets name, or without. 2) Textured background, or left a solid colour.

  • IMPORTANT: To complete a pet portrait I require 1-3 high quality reference photos of your pet. Once you place your order you will receive an email with instructions to send these files and questions order specifics. PLEASE respond promptly! IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 1-2 DAYS CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER.

Shipping is currently only available in Canada.

Estimated turn around is 1-2 weeks. For printed photos, turn around may be delayed or longer due to Canada Post ongoing strike.
