2-3 ripe tomatoes
125g buffalo mozzarella (we prefer Bella Casara brand)
3 sprigs of fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh cracked black pepper & salt
Wash and slice your tomatoes. Lay your sliced tomatoes out flat on a plate.
Slice up buffalo mozzarella, giving each slice of tomato with a piece.
Garnish with a leaf of bail per tomato slice, and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.
Season with fresh cracked pepper and salt. Serve and enjoy fresh!
